NYC homeless still awaiting access to 1,500 city-funded apartments

The vacancy rate in New York Metropolis-funded residences meant for homeless persons has been slash nearly in 50 % given that Mayor Adams pledged about four months back to overhaul the bureaucracy that was hampering his administration from filling the units, his prime housing adviser said Friday.
