People who have been found guilty of driving under the influence (DUI) in Washington, D.C. are typically required to perform a series of conditions as part of their probation. For example, in addition to possible community service, a typical deferred sentencing agreement (DSA) requires the defendant to complete a traffic safety program, a traffic alcohol program, and a Victim Impact Panel.
Provided below is information on on-line programs that have been deemed acceptable by the government organization – the Office of the Attorney General for D.C. — that prosecutes DUIs in the District.
